Precious metals pricing is influenced by the live market and may fluctuate rapidly. Therefore:

  • Weight-based pricing may vary slightly due to scale tolerances

  • Images, descriptions, and specifications are provided to the best of our ability but may not be error-free

If a pricing or listing error is identified, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Correct the price

  • Notify you before order completion

California Notice: Errors in pricing do not require us to honor incorrect prices under California law when the mistake is clear and material.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & VERIFICATION

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for:

  • Evidence of fraud

  • Compliance with California resale, consumer, and anti-theft regulations

  • Inventory availability

Orders are considered accepted only when:

  1. Payment is successfully processed

5. PAYMENT TERMS

6. SHIPPING, RISK & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Once shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered shipments caused by carriers or customer error

  • Signature confirmation and insurance may be required on high-value orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, compliance, and fees.

7. ALL SALES FINAL POLICY (California-Compliant)

Due to precious metals market volatility and fraud prevention standards:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of:

  • Authentic manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Missing product

  • Verified damage prior to delivery signature

Requests must be submitted within:

  • 72 hours of delivery, including photos and documentation

Custom items, special orders, weight-based purchases, bullion, and used/open-wear jewelry are strictly non-returnable.

This policy complies with California Civil Code §1723 (refund policy disclosure).

8. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee stated karat purity and authenticity unless explicitly labeled otherwise (e.g., plated or fashion jewelry).

Minor weight variances due to scale tolerance do not constitute defect.

Independent third-party inspections after purchase are at the buyer’s expense.

9. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER DISCLOSURES

Residents of California have specific rights under California law, including:

  • Right to receive clear price disclosures

  • Right to receive written receipts upon in-store purchase

  • Right to privacy protections under CCPA

Binding Arbitration Agreement

Except where prohibited, disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act and California Arbitration Act.

You waive the right to:

  • Class action participation

To initiate arbitration, written notice must be provided to us prior to filing.

Certain disputes may be handled in California Small Claims Court where appropriate.
